Im wondering is it safe to stake an AMERICAN player on overbet.com

Account will be in my name and he will log in to pplay it, player is obv trusted but law wise is it safe?Even though the account is on my name (and from ireland) can the account be closed because hes playing it?

You'd be a moron to let an American log into your poker account, and it has little to do with the current problems in the US.
