just show her some good strat discussions on 2p2 and hep her understand what they mean..

then open up pokertrikz.com and get her to watch a vid. would be more convincing argument for skill component to poker than CMAR's grap IMO

if all else fails.. ask her to play you HU

Give her a good poker strategy book to read. There are a lot of great reads out there that detail how poker is a game of skill and not luck.
