Depends how much you are covered by, if anyone on another table is in imminent danger of busting, and any myriad of other considerations, but yes?

Depends on your goal. If you just want to mincash, go ahead and fold. If you care more about going deep, shove. Of course there are a lot of other factors that influence this decision that you haven't mentioned.

All in based on what you wrote. You don't know if you can just fold yourself into the top 30 so you need to play.

Lots to consider .. online v live .. table dynamic .. other critical stacks in the 30 and at your table behind (covered by how much?) .. image .. was there an ante in the middle .. how fast were eliminations moving along

With all the charts and study out there I think the trend is moving towards shoving more BB 'wider' than pre CV .. not that 13BB is that much 'more' nor is 99 'wide'. Certainly this is a shove v an open but you are looking at opening action yourself.

There's a consideration that you can open/fold and/or open/call off depending on your goals and V image/stack.

Bubble play is more shove/fold with your stack since playing 99 OOP on most Flops is pretty tough. GL
