Where do I find if and when I get PM rights?

They will be awarded to you when you reach a magical post count not even known to the mods. IN b4 CMAR ready made statement.

I understand i have to reach a certain amount of posts, but how will i know I have the rights? Will i be notified or what? Thanks for the help.
