alright sounds good! I'll continue playing back if nits (sorry, not 'regulars' or whatever I've been misconstruing to confuse you, my lingo is still in its freshman phase) push all in preflop. just want to make sure i'm playing in a +ev manner

and tonight i discovered you can beat AA w KK Villian and I got all in preflop, I had AA, he had KK and he hit that K on the flop :P i'd do it again in a heartbeat though.

dude , it may sound a bit extree , but why dont u just fold AA KK QQ preflop ?

think about it , why du you paly micro limits ? to learn , well , if u go "omg I got AA KK QQ , look at me how smart and gifted I am " u wont learn ****.

also if u go " omg I got bsted AA and lost half my bankroll" - u r being worst than a hobo , at least he has more $ than u .

really dude , u play to learn , fold AA , KK , QQ just to get it out of your mind , and to be serious about learning , and try to play marginal hands like 75 offsuit , and see then how your brains and skill are really worth.

Gonna assume this is a joke because it's idiotic.

grunch

1. your going to be transparent

2. dont be afraid of someone hitting a set on you, if your good enough to fold the flop/turn with an overpair you need to work on your game

3. your losing $ by open shoving AA cause all the small/medium pots you win will now be lost

I don't know if you think you're funny... but it's your time to waste I guess. The whole point of this thread was to ask if its a leak at 2nl to call preflop shoves from nits while holding KK. As i previously explained its been a losing proposition for me thus far and wanted to know what other peoples experiences at 2nl were like as I'm only 1/5 of the way to 100k hands.

I have more than doubled my bank roll playing 2nl in 20k hands with ~20bb/100. I'm not worried about my aces getting cracked.. I was a huge favorite and would make that play any time. Right now I'm really trying to find my leaks as I know I have them and am probably not aware of a lot of them.

Anyway, here's a link to BBV4Life in case you'd like to take another crack at that humor of yours.

I dont agree with this, if you 3bet nit and he 4bet you or shove = he has KK or AA 95% of the time, i feel like these tips are from players who played this limits 3 years ago when people were playing worse than these days.

3. Yes, I get that and definitely won't be shoving AA. That is a bad idea after thinking about it. My main worry was really the KK coldcall

thank you for stating that you would go all in with AA vs KK everytime. I am not sure if pokerfun is trying to be funny or not, but his underlying point seems to be that if you are asking a question about whether to open shove AA pre, you clearly have a lot to learn.

Here is a thread where they discuss the probability of kk vs aa.

frack i am saying in #2 that you should be able to identify when somebody has a set and fold and not lose your stack by over playing AA in a single raised pot

haha okay, thats what i thought. Initially when I read it it looked like you were saying if I'm good enough to fold the flop/turn w an overpair I need to work on my game and that confused me. There have been spots absolutely where I have folded KK, AA, QQ when I realize someone hit there set and sure enough, i see the set. Its a little tougher when someone hits two pair... that one gets me when a fish plays a horrible hand and hits a junky 2 pair. Not sure there's much I can do there.
