Hi Guys,

I spend a lot of time in Warsaw, Poland and was wondering if you need to pay taxes on your Online poker winning in Poland?

I currently play on Pokerstars.es but would like to change it to .EU and only play when I am in Poland as .ES is boring....

Gambling is illegal in Poland but nobody cares. Use Skrill or abroad bank accounts and you will be fine.

Would PS allow me to use a Bank Account from abroad?

Does Skrill provide information to the Polish Tax authorities?

I don't know about PS, but Skrill cannot be controled by the authorities.

To be honest you can use your Polish account as long as your winnings are small and payouts not regular.
