If the player to the left or right of you is not protecting their hole cards and you can easily see them. Can you be penalized by the floor in a tourney or cash game if you get caught?

Standard here is to not try to look, but if you can't avoid it give the guy a courtesy warning. If he continues to show them to you there's not much you can do...

Does anyone know what poker network is Ultimate Poker part of?

I thought this site is one of the biggest poker sites (most traffic), so I'm also interested why they don't even have a Wikipedia page and also cannot be found on http://www.pokerscout.com/.

I started playing 0.5/10 cents and started with a Bankroll of 20 . ive built it up to 280USD now. should i move up to 0.8/16cents. i usually buyin min. but i find 0.8/16 cents stacks usually are quite deep. Do you reckon i should start buying in max? and move up?

Should your range get tighter when you're facing a raise preflop, and what should it be?

Say I had A5s on the BTN. If everyone limped, I would usually raise, but should I call a normal sized preflop raise of say ~3.5-4bb, or should I only call with stronger hands? Let's assume all opponents are unknown.

Yes, absolutely.

It depends. (The answer to this is a chapter, if not a book in itself)

I'm almost always folding there - A5s is a junk hand. But a raise (squeeze or shove if you're short) may be appropriate in some situations.

Huge difference if this is full-ring, 6-max, or hu. Or tournament vs cash (and tournament state). And relative stack sizes.

How often can a "good" player expect to cash in a 45 man SNG?

Also how often in a MTT of say 300 players?

a good player is not concerned about how often he cashes, more about how much he cashes for

Which game has more variance: cash PLO or HU SNG (NLHE)?
Is mid stakes HUSNG played only for rakeback, or it's common to play it for normal profit?
