Is there a list somewhere that shows what "title" you get after a certain number of posts?

Hello. Longtime lurker, 2nd post. Is there a reason why I can't PM someone?
When I tried to earlier it said that I don't have access.

So now what do I do, publish nonsense? I'm not new to poker, but am definitely not an expert and have questions. Hmmmm. You can post anything to RGP and get a response, usually its a smartazz response but doesn't require a minimum # of posts. Don't get me wrong, I'm not knocking this site, I value the info. on here immensely, but I really don't have anything of value to contribute...yet.

You don't need PMs in order to post questions. Or post in threads.

You're right, I guess I'm just a little shy. I wanted to PM a particular member because of a post they made about BR management. I have a million other questions though and have no clue what threads to ask them in. Most have probably been answered 1000+ times, but I just haven't found them yet.

I see people post hud stats like 30/32/44

I know 44 is the aggression factor but 44 is way too high. Are people just leaving out the decimal? So 4.4?

I believe the agg factor only pertains to the hands they have actually been involved in. So if i'm in 2 hands and i raise in 1 of them i'm going to have an agg factor of 50, if i raise in both hands i'm going to have an agg factor of 100.

44 is aggression frequency, not factor.

25/20/2 would refer to factor i believe

in the distant past, a few people would post stats as vpip/pfr/samplesize.

Wait what? 30/32? That's not possible unless you switched it around....

Anyways, the third number can be AF or AFq, aggression factor and aggression frequency. I use AFq because it is the default with poker tracker 3. I don't really know whether people use AF because it's on Hold em Manager or because it might be more accurate than AFq. Generally, double digits are AFq and single digits with decimals are AF.

I want to buy a computer that is fast enough to 4 table I have 39gb of music/video. I just want enough room for my HUD to run fast etc and was wondering how what some good specs would be without going overboard.

Where would be a good place to post this question?

neither is particularly "accurate" (both are spot-on precise, no doubt, but they are not great statistics over a small sample, because they'll take a long time to resolve to a stable value for a particular player).

they tell you slightly different things, though. AF might be high if a player folds a lot, even if he doesn't raise much. AF treats folds and raises the same, and compares these to the number of calls.

AFq tells you how often he raises compared to calls + folds.

Perhaps someone here knows, and I apogilize for asking this here instead of the Holdem manager forums, but are table scanners normally allowed by sites? I read somewhere that atleast one is banned by some sites, but is the one included in HM accepted? (I'm playing in Everest poker.) Thank you!

There's a STEP 1 MTT $7+$0.50.
How do I know how many steps are there and which places from next steps advances further, and what exacly tourney this steps lead to?

I don't mind getting answer to these questions but besides that, I would really like to know where do I go to find that info - there's nothing on it on pokerstars.com.

Thanks

I don't see any Step 6s registering right now so presumably they don't have the next event lined up yet (PCA starts this week so I guess they've stopped running those?). You can see the general Steps structure in these links:
