What is VPIP? I know that means voluntarily put in pot, or something like that ... but for example when a player have VPIP 30, what this means? 30BB? How VPIP is calculated?

It means hes playing 30% of his hands.

If you voluntarily put money in every hand you end up with a vpip of 100

You're at 2NL fullring, you have no reads on anyone at the table. You're in MP1 or MP2 and you get KJo (or QJo). Do you fold this hand or limp in? You're 100BB's deep.

Without reads I probably just fold both. KJo>>>>>>QJo. I'm not opening QJo from MP very often regardless of reads but I would play KJo.

1. When someone says something like 50 NL or 500 NL. How much is it?

2. Is there any noticeable differences between Pokertracker3,Hold Em' Manager and any other stat hud program.

3. And what are sweat sessions in poker coaching?

To the average user HEM and PT3 are very similar. HEM might be slightly faster. To the very advanced user, PT3 has more to offer. But the vast majority of the population won't take advantage of the extras.

I'm trying to upload a .bmp file for my avatar, and keep getting the message
"The Dimension limits for this filetype are 80 x 80. We were unable to resize your file so you will need to do so manually and upload it again. Your file is currently 80 x 80." or whatever dimensions I use, 60x60 or whatever.

Why do i lose so much at 2NL? The first hand i get once i enter the tables are AQs and some dude calls my 0.12 raise with A8o wtf? does this nonsence stop at the higher limits?
