Normal to see unusual plays in micro stakes? Normal to see unusual plays in micro stakes?

I usually play 2nl or 5nl. Been playing a solid tight game and raise when I have the “goods”. But been noticing that players will make calls with 10-7o 6-9o K-4o from UTG, BB and other various positions. They’ll catch a piece of the flop or turn 2 pair and my pair or AJ+ is done. Clearly this is poker and I don’t get to upset. I always tell myself they’re making a decision that’s a losing play long term. But I see a lot off this and players play all types of cards no matter if they see a raise or 3 bet.

So pretty much, is this normal to see at these stakes?

If it wasn't, the game would be dead

It's typical, and you want them to play like that.

Completely normal and why I wish the lowest stakes online were NL100.

not that this is good advice, but i try to tilt the whole table into going all-in preflop again and again, and just folding preflop until i get A10s+

sometimes i accomplish this by making a splashy table even more splashy by sacrificing a buy in and giving the illusion that im a reckless gambler, only to rock it up two hands later trying to take take everyones chips by getting them to play the same way

Why is playing against bad players who are easy to beat annoying?

play big pots with big hands. (one pair hands esp TP hands will kill you)

play small pots with small hands.

understand variance will be higher..... thus play you big hands big/small hands small

What King just said.

At the micros, you feast on players who can't fold Top pair.

TP is just one pair. Post flop, AA is just one pair.

Sets (3 of a kind with 2 in your hand) is a big hand, trips (3 of a kind with 2 on the board) is nowhere near as strong.
