Noob needs a HUD: What would you recommend?

I've beaten low stakes SNG's for a while and I'm gonna give SSFR a shot. It's quite apparent that most here use a HUD for these games... Any recommendations would be appreciated.. How much do most HUD's cost? Are there any bugs in some of the newer ones?

ok, so i've downloaded hem and installed postgreSQL 8.3.

i've opened up hem using the 15 day free trial, but have no idea where to go from here... is there a site that gives specific directions as to how to start using the HUD on ftp?

update: so i'm getting the hang of it.. i'm running it right now on one of the sites i play at and i've got auto-import working just fine, but I can't figure out how to get the stats to show up on the tbls i'm playing at.. do i have to relaunch the HUD to do this or re-login to the site I'm playing at?

EDIT: got the stats working... any tips for which stats are most important and which stats are useless at low stakes?

Hey i started using a HUD a while ago and did some research as well to find good stats. Other then the default VPIP,PFR, and Hands. Other stats that were recommended and that i found helpful at the microstakes were Attempt to Steal, Fold Big Blind to Steal, Fold Small Blind to Steal, C-Bet Flop, and Fold to Flop C-Bet.
