NL2 general question about small pairs. NL2 general question about small pairs.

If you have 33 UTG at NL2 6max,what is the standard line? You should open raise all pairs right?

If you do open raise it do you 3x, pot, 4x or doesn't matter?

Is open limping these small pairs bad at NL2?

I'm open raising all pp in any position at 2nl most of the time.... table dynamics might sway me from on rare occasions, but usually it's open raise.

If you have a reasonable plan for what to do when:
(a) you are raised; or
(b) you miss the flop (accounting for different possibilities of who calls and what the board texture is)

then you can raise. If not, fold.

I don't like limping UTG: Fold it or raise it....

pps are sooo valuable in cash games that we have to play them. I would rather raise 22 utg then Ax all year long.

recently i've only been opening 55+ UTG

and folding 22-66 unless i'm in the CO or BTN with a raise in front (of course its more villian dependent)

I'd open raise 33 to 4BB's.

But I'd imagine that at 2NL especially some 2NL tables limp/calling it UTG might actually be about the same just because of how much the players suck.
