Im not understanding this, could someone help and give a somewhat understandable interpretation?

""people generally do an extremely poor job
of changing their c-betting range against opponents
who donkbet frequently for value. Because of this frequency, many hands that would continue against a continuation
bet are no longer in the big blind’s checking range, and it becomes correct to c-bet a very wide range even
on typically dangerous flop textures.""

This is from the free e-book of Jared Tendler in the HUSNG website.

Much obliged! (:

If your opponent will donk bet a fair portion of their good hands then it means if they check they now are holding a much larger proportion of weak hands than if they check everything. This means your c-bets will work a greater proportion than usual.

Didn't know Tendler wrote poker strat though
