Villian was vpip 10 pfr 6

OTF i figured his call was 10's JJ or QQ and maybe AKd given pre flop action. I check the turn and after tanking to his bet I just felt like he had QQ, I didn't think he had AKd so wasn't scared of that and think he would've bet smaller if he hit it. I think he would've bet smaller with JJ and also he was less likely to have JJ than QQ because one was on the board so I figured he had exactly QQ it was profitable to get the money in.

Was I right?

It depends on what you mean "Was I right?".

If you mean were you right that he had QQ? Then yes, because that is what he had.

If you mean were you right to stack off with an overpair in a 3-bet pot, I would also say yes. Before the flop the pot is .76 and the largest effective stack is $1.76 - for a stack to pot ratio of a little over 2. If you can flop an overpair with this low of an SPR, you are pretty much committed to getting it all in. You just can't be folding in these situations.

If you mean were you right that he could only have QQ, then I'd say no. There are other hands that people will be have in this situation - some will have you beat, and some you will beat.

^^ this.
You don't have any specific reads or history to justify all you said on how the villain played his QQ. It's a terrible mindset and often I see it in new players justifying their actions after the fact (when they win the pot).
What you should be thinking is:
I have KK on a low connected flop. He probably do not have AA, and have many other OPs or pairs+draws, sets are hard to hit, lets get it in.
