I knew raising to 6 UTG likely wasn’t gonna do much, but that’s the sizing I was using UTG the entire night, late position raises I’d been making 12 when opening.
Since it was a bluff post flop, I definitely could not get called by anything worse, but my Range had AA, KK, QQ, AK, JJ, TT and maybe AQ (if I was playing relatively close to a pre flop chart). Considering he called w/ AJ, these win majority of the time but I definitely was not expecting a call and definitely not a snap call.
In terms of my all in I was kind of planning on a post flop shove (on a Q or higher board) no matter what….
Because I couldn’t really C bet without being stuck. If I bet like 75 right there, then I’m left with 135 into a 380 pot on the turn which isn’t ideal because I have no fold equity at that point.
I think my bet was obviously polarizing, but It seems so odd he could snap call that quick with middle pair (which leaves me wondering if I had some egregious tell).

I don't know where you're playing, but 2x or even 3x open raises won't thin the field in an environment where your opponents "didn't drive an hour to the casino to fold preflop." Live 1/3 I'm opening 4x or 5x depending on table tendencies.
Villain then 3! to 20. What does that tell you about their range?
Before you 4 bet here, think of your stack size. Even a reasonable raise here (like to 60, for example) puts you in an awkward spot if you get called. SPR will be <2 (as played it's < 1).
As played, your shove only gets called when you're behind.
In general when posting a hand, don't post your final action and the result of the hand. In this hand, to get the best analysis, ask for suggestions on what you should do on the flop. It's very hard to give the proper advice once we know the result.
