I'm playing nl10 SH...soon nl25
rakeback:

nice rakeback boost
easier opponents
not many regulars (so I can exploit them better)

not as many tables as on pokerstars
higher rake (?)
pokerstars:
+
nice software
many tables
smaller rake (?)

small rakeback
better opponents
I have to play constantly to get a status
So? What do You think?

I would stay on Stars till NL25. If you move to a smaller network with a better deal expect to play with more and tougher regs. Also consider that Poker Stars rake is about 10% lower compared to the other rooms.

No way smaller rooms have better regs that ps.I think if you like to multi stay at ps
Plus good support and quick cashouts.
