Think im gonna move back to FR....

Graph below is my total hands at 16nl 6max.

Graph below is yesterday until I got sick of it and fired up 8 tables of FR, guess when that point was lol won a bi back and only one hand went to showdown (for $1)

Ive posted my 10nl FR graph in the last thread I think, i find it pretty strange that at FR I can have a b/e-positive redline whilst at 6max it plummets, wtf's with that?

Anyways, for whatever reason I think i suck at 6m, def at 16nl 6m at least.

Gonna move back to FR and see if I cant have my first profitable month this year

Im going to hazard a guess that you arent doing so well at 16nl because you arent 3betting, stealing and bluffing enough. Look at your red line! Yo u*have* to be more aggro in 6max.

Thanks, i'll take a look into it if I decide to keep playing there. My bankroll's not been growing and I know i'm a bit rusty but not that bad. It's either due to the high rake (I have 60% rakeback so will get some of that back, but would rather win at tables) or the fact the pots are so small as people play very passive/nitty. Oh!....that's what autocenter is? I might give that a go as I thought it was something else.

Best thing about iPoker is that their bonuses release quicker. They have a pretty sweet attitude towards grinders.

What are the tourneys like on ipoker? I predominately play cash but like to play MTTs at the weekends and thinking of moving from stars. What's the strength of play ok there too?

I like the tournaments there but the amount of rebuys to freezeouts is overwhelming imo.

It would suck for a micro-tourney player ($1-$2) but would pick up for those playing $5+. The promotions at most iPoker sites are pretty sick too. One time Poker770 gave me free 50 dollar credit just to play their casino with no catch other than having to deposit to withdraw.

This. The bonuses unlock really quick so put in any volume and you'll get them in no time. But the MTTs are poor imo, everytime I go onto look at what they have it's "$1 Turbo Freezout" - never seen any other tournaments apart from a few re-buy.
    03-04-2012 , 10:08 AM
I just had a look at the tourney schedule on the website and as stated, alot of rebuy and freezeouts and not much going for micro MTTs.

The reward scheme does look very good. Might wait till i've got $500 on Stars then move it over to iPoker to get the full bonus.

SB was a terrible player, called with any draw. Not long before I won 75BB off him when he called two streets with a gutshot then donked the river (I had a set).

He was running 67/40/2AF/20%3bet over 100 hands. Reason I called pre is the huge implied odds, we're both super deep and I have position on him. I could probably raise bigger on the flop and turn but wasn't quite sure how good his draw/hand was but when he called turn I'm fairly sure he's drawing as he's normally more aggressive otherwise.

When he raises me on the river it just felt like a flush so I put him AI, the way he played it I hardly ever see him having a FH here - only thing he might possibly have his K7/K3/K2 which even for him makes no sense to 3bet and it's entirely possible he does this with a bare K. He's pot committed now so unless it is a complete bluff (which I don't think he ever does here) then he's calling the rest off and I think we are ahead here more than behind.

        Nice pot!
You know your villain, but I would be folding 22 pre to a 3-bet.
And K7, K3, K2 (especially suited) is certainly in his range.
I would be nervous waiting for his hands to flip over!

The 4bet was setting all kinds of alarms off so probably should of folded then but when two players go AI I have to fold right? Sick flop too. :/ Btw I was planning on calling UTG's shove but when BTN back-shoves I'm defintiely never ahead although in this case he was just spewing.

BTN line doesn't make much sense. Why call the 3bet and ask for a multiway flop if he has AA? Also, if you think UTG 4bet means AA, do you also think BTN has AA? Even if you just pick up the sidepot vs button the call is profitable. And the pot odds... Your asked to call $3.70 into a $9 pot. Never fold KK here!

Omg, at times I never think - completely forgot there would be a side pot. Jesus christ. Ah god, can't believe that.

The only times betting has followed the pattern in that HH that I've observed it's been KK vs. AA.
