That's the OTHER situation you put yourself in when you flat-call with AA - you lose your chance to get your whole stack in the middle while you have a GUARANTEED HUGE equity advantage and leave yourself having to make 3 more decisions.
In short, I'm far from an expert in these situations but I think KK and AA BUTCHERED the hand.
He should of turned maybe flop, definitely turn, he has either 2 outs or no outs.
