Nothing wrong with Pokerstove - what it does, it does very well - but programs like The Odds Oracle, from ProPokerTools, allow you to perform all kinds of more advanced analysis.

Like, how often does a particular range flop more than 35% against your hand (or your range) on a particular board etc etc.

Unlike 'Stove, it's not free, but money well spent imo.
