A lockdown board is one where whichever hand is ahead is very likely to stay that way. Since apparently we're on the river, I'd say whichever hand is ahead is very likely to stay that way.

Been playing a very long time .. never heard of that exact term. And very interesting for a Poster who started in 2015 to be coming through with this thread.

I would certainly say that QT45/QT46 should feel pretty good about this Board. How a Player made it to the Flop with those holdings is another story. GL
