Hello,

How can I learn how to understand post flop play at the micros specifically for $5, $10 MTTs?

The best teacher I found was BlackRain79 but his stuff is focused on cash games. Johnathan Little focused on Tournaments with higher level opponents, and Doug Polk mainly in the GTO heads up space.

Looks like low limits to me. There might indeed be some post-flop play already. I don't think there is any way to learn it from a book. There is standard cash strategy, and there is stack-size adjustments (betting a smaller amount than in cash, possibly) and there are the many tournament situations that are somewhat in tourney books, and then the players also play differently for many reasons in tourneys compared to cash games. Solid cash strategy, the tournament situation, stack sizes, and experience.
