You can simplify ranges in a similar way to 3betting.
For example, you can group 4bets depending on the opponent's 3bet stat:
I also think there is no need to mix hands at micro-limits on 4bet, Call and Fold. Just simplify to 50/50 4bet/Call or 50/50 Call/Fold.

Hey thanks for the reply! Any idea where I can find charts based off V 3bet %. I typically use GTO wizard for ranges and I don't think they have that (at least on the free version)

You can use GTO Wizard.
For example, you can adapt the standard range of def vs 3Bet CO vs BU ( BU 3Bet 13%):

If your opponent 3Bet 11% then use HJ vs BU range, etc.

Any idea if you can check your EV loss of a proposed strategy against GTO wizard? When ever I use the range builder to create my own simplified ranges it gives me around 80% accuracy which doesn't seem that good.
