Decided to mess around with some limit again since i've been really tired the last few days. And managed to run ridiculously hot over my first 1.5k hands. Does make me feel slightly better seeing a positive graph. will probably only play limit when i'm tired now as its a good way of not losing big pots when i'm not thinking too clearly.

playing tired in general is a bad idea.

I know, sadly i'm an insomniac so i'm almost constantly tired. I tend to sleep about every other night if i'm lucky. I'm taking the rest of this week off work to try out a few ideas to try and get myself into a decent routine again. Hopefully if this works it'll help to lift my whole slightly negative state of mind and help me to concentrate a bit more on improving my game. Edit: Forgot to mention, I normally do try and avoid playing tired. But if i've not slept the night before (like i didn't last night) I don't like going to sleep too early because i'll just end up waking up a few hours later and not get back to sleep again. And poker seems to be one of the few things that keeps my mind active enough to keep me awake.
