Feel good hand of the session. Guy had just stacked me when his KT vs my QQ caught a K on the river.

It's FPS but the plan was to float with equity, but then I'm getting sick odds on the turn for what might be a 14-out draw.

True, always **** to play vs shortstacks, especially if they're from Russian

I have a 8 BI drop now at 25NL and about $150 below EV so I understand your feeling a bit now, but only thing you can do is to just stay positive
06-30-2013 , 04:46 PM
I'm figuring it's the curse of 25NL. First few k hands of 25NL had me about $150 below EV as well. It's a painful experience!

TDA: Hand 3 is a fold. Hand 7: with 2 weak players you shouldn't be bluffing at all, but if you were with those stack sizes make it smaller.

Man, thought my tables looked fishy this morning but hardly any open got through without a 3 bet, not just mine.
A bit aggro for 4nl. More post flop raising than usual too.

Lost a bit, just never seemed to hit or flush draws hit followed by donk pot type of stuff.

This villain was a bit wierd. Observed quite a few of his hands and he took strange lines.
His stats seemed sound, yet he donked flop a lot.

H1. Called here because MP raise should be 3 bet with a bit more caution right?
Not folding to flop cbet as he'd bet a lot here.
Bad turn call I guess.

H2. Same villain, donking flop again.
Didn't raise him, probably should have but was worried about getting reraised.

So he donks flop with TP and with sod all.
And he double barrels with TP but triple barrels with air?

H1 think I'd already fold the turn, H2 maby raise the flop, not sure, It takes some time so understand certain tendencies of a fish, but sometimes he playes so random you just need to wait for your good hands

Time for a new thread anyone?

@roz

Huh? if you call and fold to a blank, you're burning a ton of money.
07-01-2013 , 07:39 AM
It's more about him only continuing with Kx hands OTT
