How the hell is a wolf even close to a tiger?

PS I assume the tiger will be angry once it realises it's a fight to the death when you start clubbering it over the head with your desk chair.

1 poker bear
2 shark
3 tiger
4 croc
5 dragon
6 python
7 wolf

Top 4 could be any order really, very very ****ing close to 0% vs any of them.

Would fancy my chances against the wolf and snake. Wolf is getting headlocked to death, dunno how I'd kill the snake, probably lock myself in the kitchen and build a weapon

Don't care which of those animals is in my house, I have a new cleaning lady so your question is irrelevant

-Tiger
-Python
-Polar Bear
-Komodo Dragon
-Saltwater Crocodile
-Wolf
-Great White Shark (your house is full of water)

1. Polar bear: toughest, smartest, strongest of all these adversaries - I don't have a heavy calibre rifle in my house, so I would definitely die. Mr Beer survival chance: 0.0001%.

2. Tiger: I don't see myself killing a tiger with an axe or a knife but it's theoretically possible. They're faster than salties but not as tough. Mr Beer survival chance: 0.1%.

3. Saltwater Croc: Not sure how this would go in comparison to the tiger. The close confines of the house may prevent a large saltie from moving around quickly and easily. However it could easily survive multiple axe blows. Mr Beer survival chance: 0.2%.

4. Komodo Dragon: Has lethal claws and a sub-lethal (& poisonous) bite, they are more carrion eaters than outright killers though. Mr Beer survival chance: 10%.

5. Great White Shark: this comes down to where we are in the house...if I can get to a window and smash it, assuming I survive the outrush of water, glass, furniture, Great White Sharks and so on, it's going to be very easy to win, I can simply wait 24 hours and then beat it to death. However I don't like the idea of being underwater with a Great White and having to smash a window to survive. Mr Beer survival chance: 20%.

6. Wolf: The wolf has the advantage of a ferocious bite than can crush bone plus it's faster than me. I am stronger than a wolf and have opposable thumbs. If I can headlock it or stab it while grappling I win. Mr Beer survival chance: 30%.

7. Python: Obviously stronger than me but has a weak skull and is vulnerable to axe and knife blows to the body. Snakes are overrated opponents. Assuming this is a particularly large python, Mr Beer survival chance: 50%.

The angry Tiger would be ferocious, and the rabid fast wild pointy-toothed Wolf would be a bastard I think. I was debating which way round as I would hope to appeal to the Tigers inner kitty for a few seconds before it disposed of me with a playful swipe of its paw.

Agree

Agree

You only have to get a rubberband around it's jaws and it's incapacitated.

4. Komodo Dragon: Has lethal claws and a sub-lethal (& poisonous) bite, they are more carrion eaters than outright killers though. Mr Beer survival chance: 10%.

Pretty sure I could take one of these out.

5. Great White Shark: this comes down to where we are in the house...if I can get to a window and smash it, assuming I survive the outrush of water, glass, furniture, Great White Sharks and so on, it's going to be very easy to win, I can simply wait 24 hours and then beat it to death. Plug in kettle, perch on sink, throw kettle in, insta-shark death

I too am stronger than a wolf

1. Python - a snakes power of reasoning and coercion should not be under valued
05-22-2012 , 09:36 AM
I probably shouldn't be off my face at half 2. Whilst at work.

unfortunately I don't reap the full benefits as I am a full time employee of a company that contracts its employees out to big corporations that need our services because they don't have their own people who are capable of doing what they need to do. So I get to the benefits of job security and its actually my employer that rakes in a very nice daily rate. but job security is very important for me so I consider it a win win.

In other news I ran good last night at PLO - found myself a 100VPIP crazy maniac and took his manies. hurrah for zoom - I think it made the regular tables better. anyway, I probably should just quit now as I've used up my yearly rungood.

I wanna play. BB totally does the voice overs for gay pr0n. And also writes short romance novels found in dime stores in his spare time imo

Yeah, I'm a contract software developer. I'm kinda lucky in that job security isn't very important to me.

1 - I've never had more than a few weeks between contracts since the 1990s
2 - I don't have kids and I'm irresponsible anyway, so most of the time idgaf

Also, yay for running good at PLO. Best feeling in poker lol.
05-22-2012 , 10:40 PM
if you're a software developer then I'm your nemesis

Spoiler:
cos I'm the guy who tests your stuff and tells you its a piece of crap ....
Spoiler:
of course, thats assuming you have a bad attitude about testing like your average sw guy

Yeah, part of the time I kind of hate you guys haha.

Overall though I actually prefer my stuff to be tested by a separate testing team. This is because I generally hate testing my own stuff, and like most developers I'm not good at it.

On that subject, today I will be writing system test scripts for my current project
