ipoker+rakeback (no experiance with network) vs pokerstars for cash games

Hello,
I am moving from pokerstars low stakes sng's to full ring (eventually thinking move to 6max but no at start) micro-low stakes cash games.
I am rolled enough to play higher limits (2,5k+ usd) but for start i plan plan nl5-nl10 (we can assume i no make ton fpp there and rakeback is small from pokerstars)
There is several people who offer me ipoker 50% rakeback but i am wondering if it worth it because when i opened ipoker lobby i see there very bad action and support disconnected me in middle of discussion when was talking with them.
Maybe someone have more experience with theses ipoker deals and network support/withdraws/games/security ect.

I'm on WIlliam Hill(4nl) the play can be a little nitty, but overall I think there's alot more limping/ loose passive play on WH than stars
I wouldn't make it my main site but its ok to get some volume when the tables look juicier

It´s impossible to answer without more in-depth information, there are extra deals in Ipoker (which do not exist in Stars) but they depend on several factors
like the format you play, volume, etc
