can u give more detail.
Are u losing connection while using other programs (i.e. firefox etc.)?
When u are on the poker table and u hover over ur avatar what is the percentage?
Have u tried to check the Network Status in poker stars (go to help and click "network status"). Are u getting a good signal or bad?

I suspect u are having a problem with ur winsock in windows. Try this it should resolve the issue. At the very least it won't hurt.

1. Open up the command line utility and enter:

netsh winsock reset catalog (resets winsock entries)
netsh int ip reset reset.log hit (resets TCP/IP stack)

2. Reboot your PC

go back to the command line and ping ur router.
type this ping 192.168.1.1
or 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.0

the numbers depend on ur router brand

ur u getting a response. r u losing packets?
BTW what brand of router r u using?

try to check from this other wise ping from server IP's you will came to know is there any connection problem or not. IF its connection problem then call agent other wise close firewall and security and then try to run your game
