Only 8k hands so small sample for now but...Am I doomed?

So, I know I have some work to do. Mainly need to play more hands from the button and less from the SB and stop sucking in general. Open to any criticism and thanks for your time.

P.S. - I know it looks like I'm massively leaking chips from MP but I reviewed my hands and just literally lost every flip in this spot. I think SB needs some serious work but I'm just so mind ****ed as I try to be aggro and play a 3bet or fold but just feel like I'm more often or not punting chips from that position.

Database analysis isn't really my strong suit, but with a quick glance I think you nailed some issues. More aggressive from button and practice more avoidance from the SB. Just naturally, the SB is the hardest spot to play at the table so sometimes the best answer is just not playing hands from there in spots ppl feel obligated to force it. In general, I think trying to focus on logical decision making as opposed to doing things you think you HAVE to do, can be helpful when playing lower/mid stakes. I have a lot of students who come to me at first and are doing things they feel obligated to do, without knowing WHY they are doing it. Focus a bit more on the "why" and the logic behind some spots, be more aggro on button, and practice avoidance in SB and go from there. If you want to send me 1 or 2 hands via DM for me to take a look at, I'll gladly give you some feedback. Best of luck!
