SB acts before BB preflop. Therefore it is impossible for the BB to call the CU raise before you 3! to $40. Also you cannot be SB & UTG simultaneously. From your post it seems like you’re a beginner in poker. Could you try to restructure the hand history so that replies could be more helpful?
