Tbh, this. But don't do stupid things, do something that matters... I workout a little everyday like 30mins at least... dumbells, push ups, you do your session everyday. Do not let a day go by thinking you'll do an hour tomorrow cuz you're lazy today.
And when you do something think about what you're doing and if you're doing it right. Everything has its time and place.
