No.

1-2BB/100 winner at NL10 would be a loser at NL25. Sure the difference isn't like NL400 vs NL200, but it's there.

When pokertracker first came out, it was a program for limit holdem, which is why winrates are generally states as big bets/100 hands or ptbb/100

4.5BB/100 = 9 big blinds per 100 hands

25 cents * 9 = $2.25

do you think its the same in holdem manager?

i have there

"bb/100"

bb small and not BB or PTBB

Ive played plenty at nl2, nl5, nl10 and nl25 and I think there is a significant difference between each level and if you play all levels exactly the same, your winrate will decrease by quite a lot. I guess people say nl5 = nl10 and nl10 = nl25 etc, because they are using their results over small samples to determine how hard a level is. And by small sample sizes I dont mean 10k hands, I mean anything less than 100k hands.

i sure agree

i struggled a lot of time in NL5

after become winner in NL2

had to move down many times

cause in NL5 they rarely stack off. only when have big hands mainly

in NL2 its a big party of shoves

but everyone say its the same thing till NL25

Ice_WOlf has done a good job explaining what PTBB means, but no one knows what the PT stands for? Probably, as Ice_WOlf insinuated, it means "Poker Tracker."

I made some notes in a word document regarding my study of PTBB back in Feb and Mar 2008. Your explanation has helped considerably. Thanks, Ice_WOlf.

I think selfmade is somehow immune to improvement as a forum-user.

If you can crush 25 for 5-6 ptbb/100 while 10 tabling upwards of 25/hour is possible.
If you can put 40 hours a week that's $4000/month if you can keep from slitting your wrists
FWIW I think the jump from NL10 to NL25 is a lot bigger than NL25 to NL50.
