How can I get max value when I get a hand?

When I raise my hand the villian's just fold. When I slowplay I get cracked.

Also, here's my stats if you have any other suggestions or anything. Slowly but surely improving my game. Thanks!

Raise, check-raise or bet out for value? Flop, Turn or River?

Value comes from knowing your opponents, reading the Board, knowing your image

1) Yes, if you are generating 'too many' folds, then you can expand your range of value hands and your bluffing frequency to see if the trend continues
2) Know the spot .. while bet sizing PF is usually something to keep consistent, the Board, number of Players in the hand and position can dictate a varied approach to bet sizes
3) know your opponents .. some will call any size bet, some will not .. figuring out the tipping point between call and fold is the key to max value
4) Don't focus on the 'crack' .. break down the hands to see if both you and V played correctly. Yes, there are hands when both Players play correctly but only one gets the pot. GL
