It seems that it's just free money and to me any money right now is good. But is it true that you can only get rakeback BEFORE you sign up for a website? I already play on UB and Stars, so that means I cant have rakeback there? How does the whole process work and what other sites are good(besides full tilt) that work with rakeback and accept US players? Thanks a lot!
