Hey Guys,

I purchased Holdem Manager yesterday to start giving me some stats feedback on my game and those I'm playing against. I downloaded it - set up my player preferences, set up a Processed File and a postgresql database and sync it all up. I then set it running and nothing appears on PokerStars.

I then go to the FAQ in Holdem Manager and run through the PokerStars help section - Requesting my hands to be downloaded to my harddrive and then directing this to Holdem Manager - I play some hands and check on my harddrive - Yes - all the hands I played have been saved in the Pokerstars file. I set up Auto import and - Yes all the players are loaded into Holdem Manager - but again no stats at all. I run Pokerstars and the HUD does'nt display either.

I go back and check the Processed file in My Documents and it has the processed data in it from Holdem Manager - so everything seems to be working fine. I have read every post i can find, watched every set up tutorial and can not find out what is wrong - anyone got any ideas ?????

Ehm, did you set up your auto-import folders to go to where you're getting your PokerStars hands to go to?

Options...Configure Auto Import Folders make sure it's linked to the one that Stars is putting the HH's in.

Yes - I located the folder where all the pokerstars hands are going and put the path into the Auto Import Configuration - double checked that - as I say the information must be going through as it ends up in the processed folder once it has been through Holdem Manager - it's like the software is'nt reading the data.

Oh, so it's importing? Try going to HUD Options...Relaunch HUD if that doesn't work go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Hold'em Manager HUD, and double click that.

So you're sitting at the table, your HM Hud is running (check your windows task manager processes) and when you go to the import table it's loads through hands, yet the HUD isn't showing up?

If I got that story right, then I have no idea, try the software forum and the HEM thread.

You're *sitting* at a table getting dealt hands and the import is going? Stars doesn't allow datamining (importing observed hands) you have to be sitting and get dealt cards to import and have your HUD show up.

i'm having the same problem and i dl'd the update too...

Ksight, did you do everything I suggested?

And it's actually importing? (Like the blue bar goes from left to right and it says 0/x files imported at the start)

my pokerstars HH go to C:\Program Files\PokerStars\HandHistory\

I went to options and configured the auto import to take those hands and move it to a folder i created (as the FAQ in HEM suggested) My documents -> HEM Processed

The HH files from pstars is wokring properly (I erased all the HH's and played in a table and it came up in pstars) but nothing is processed to the file i made.

When I play a hand it the HEM either reads "Auto update did not find any new files...try again in 5 seconds..." or "found 1 hand to process"

No hands are in my cash games -> report (my alias is typed in)
I only bought the 55$ one, so in my filter I can't choose my stakes (not that I'd need to since Im playing micro stakes atm)

Tried relaunching and double clicking HUD. Nothing comes up (I think the table manager is suppose to?)

I also turned off my preferred seating in pstars and still no stats on the table.

no but I doubt that'll fix it...

When I play a hand it says hand imported on the HEM, but when I look at "players ()" it shows a 1 meaning just me, and I don't even have the hands that i played in the reports.

so..wtf?

Holecards are sooo transparent nearly invisible, how to make them brighter?

Not sure, but you could try

HUD OPTIONS >>> PLAYER PREFERENCES

and then play around with the OPACITY slider.

Does that sort it, or does that slider only affect the stats?

Hi, is someone solved Ksight3 problem...i have the same, i install new update, reboot but nothing, I can't even see any stats in my window....

I coach people on HEM and I'll be more than happy to take a look at your guys HEM for free to see what's going on.

I've also made FREE videos on Holdem Manager Setup and a PostgreSQL problem solver video. Not sure if I can post those here though. Do what it says below my user name on the left and I'll be happy to give any assistance I can. Without being on your PC and seeing how things are setup, it's difficult to give an explanation. Seems like you guys got stuff setup right, but maybe there's just one thing wrong... Not sure, need to see it for myself.

Having the same pb here, and all the others sites are working fine and i'm 99% sure i configure it correctly for Stars.
Table Manager sees the table, auto-import is running successfully but still no HUD for PS.

Did you shut down Holdem manager and restart it before you played a few hands to assign your name?

In Hud options (along the top) have you got a tick in the box which says "launch hud with auto import)

Use the help button next to Hud options and go to the FAQ, click on the "set up for pokerstars"
Follow that and if still the same there is another link to click at the bottom of that page, try that

also did you shut down HEM before you downloaded the latest version? I hadn't played in Stars in a while and my HUD wasn't working. Went to HEM site and noticed a new BETA that specifically said "Fixes PS HUD issues". DL new version and all works just perfectly.

by any chance are the tables you're playing titled "xxxxx (newVPP, 6-max)"?

they were just introduced yesterday, and my HUD (pokertracker3) wasn't working on them. data was still being tracked, just the HUD wasn't showing up. Not sure if HEM has a fix out for that yet.
