There should be a button in the lobby where you can look at the payout structure... its based on percentages.

It's not on a specific site, just for a live event I'm trying to organize.

I tried googling it and didn't have any luck finding a calculator for large fields (100+ people).

On Pokerstars they have 1000 cap tournaments. Click on tournament lobby and find the payout structure. you could use that for a start
