I took a look at my results and I am not faring very well at all in MTT's (micros) which is my format of choice. It's still a relatively small sample and I have had some bad luck when deep but I'm going to assume my game is full of leaks and is only going to get worse. If I want to improve I'm going to have to go back to basics and try and reduce the rot. To start I'd like some advice what hands to open/raise from each position from UTG to the BB. Is there some kind of chart to show what % of hands we should be playing from each position? Obviously we raise tighter from UTG and get wider as we go further in position. I am clear on most hands from UTG but there are some I'm not sure about like is AT, AJ, 22-77( are any of these folds?).

Yes, there are various charts available.
https://upswingpoker.com/preflop/ is one such place to look, but you can find various examples online on various training/coaching sites.. Just search google (or even the appstore) for pre-flop charts, but pay particular attention to the difference between cash games and tournaments, and low and high stakes.

i think the differences can be drastic based on #1) position, #2) depth of stack...

ATo is terrible for raise as first player at full table... as button opener, it's an amazing hand... EDIT: i'm wondering if a highly skilled player (i'm not one) would open ATC on button or maybe even in small blind. OOP heads-up is so bad though

when your stack gets low, you often have to find a place to be first in or just play unique hand........ i am trying to figure this out myself. someone like A6o can easily be dominated. J8o likely not dominated.

i would love to see basic harrington type work on what to do when you get down to 4 big blinds or so. you have so many choices as to what to do, but none of them are any good i find.

Here may be a starting point for a 9 handed table...
SB=%20; BB=%20; UTG=%12; UTG+1=%12; MP1=%12; MP2=%12; HJ=%12; CO=%20; & BTN=%31.
Charts are everywhere though. You might find, after seeing about a dozen or two, you might conclude that they all contain the same 'meat', but the details of each one will be different.

I would start out size-wise with ones that contain hands that you are comfortable playing; and then maybe widen them from there, as you get more comfortable playing more hands.
