It's a chop; the best hand for both players is a straight, Eight to Queen

Both players are using the Jack in their own hand, plus the Queen, Ten, Nine and Eight from the board.

The best 5 card hand wins using any combination of board cards and hole cards.

8 9 10 J Q is the best selection of 5 cards. The facts that one of you has an Ace as the 6th card and the other used both hole cards are irrelevant.
