Go to any of the strategy threads (under No Limit Holdem or Tournament poker) and you will find hand postings galore.
Do some reading (books or websites) and you can find some basic, readless, default ranges (for players opening, calling, 3 betting, etc). These ranges are only a baseline, as many (most) players will play wider to tighter than the default ranges.
As far as practice goes, easiest thing in the world. As you are playing, when you aren't in a hand, state (in your head if you are playing live, out loud if you are playing online) what you think a player's range is, and why (e.g "He is a tight player opening from early position, with known calling stations behind him he is likely playing a premium hand like TT+ or AJ+"). When you are wrong, try to find clues that would have told you why your read was incorrect (e.g., I didn't notice that he had been card dead and was short stacked, that explains why he overbet from UTG with mid suited connectors).
The more you do this, the more you will understand how players think, how they react to different situations, and how to read a players likely playing style based on a few clues(this is easier live than online, as live players give away a lot more information)
