Ok I just had a quick question about what Dwan says in this video. @ 3:13 he says he just called Phil's so he should never have 2 diamonds in that spot. What is the reasoning for this? Also if I linked the video wrong please help me out and fix it.

I think what he means is that you'd expect him to always re-raise when holding a flush draw in that spot (facing a raise, on a draw-ish flop with few likely made hands, and several players left to act).

I ain't no durrrr though.
