Hand conversion problems

Each and every time I have tried to convert a hand in the micro stakes section it hasn't let me. I've used the general hand converter located in the top-left of the page and that works fine. I'd just like to start posting more hands and for some reason it's not letting me.
Is there a way around this or could this somehow be fixed?
