Hand advice. Would like some advice from better players

I'm relatively new to poker and was wondering what people thought of this line I took. I folded this river raise assuming I was up against pocket 5s or 8s.
Was this the correct play to bet on all three streets? I just couldn't see a worse hand re raising after such aggressive betting so I folded with top pair.
Thanks. Any and all advice is appreciated .
( This is my first post so im not sure if this is the best format for reading the hand history so let me know if so Thankyou)
My opponent opens on the button and I then raise preflop from the SB with Ks Js

What are your thoughts on this line?
How would you have played it differently?
I feel that the preflop raise, continuation bet and barrel seem like standard play? Especially when the king came up on the turn
Is this just bad luck that I was raised or should I have called?
I know its hard to give objective answers but I'm just trying to learn and wouldn't mind other people opinions
Villain attempted to steal 7/18 times and 5/8 of those times was from the button (63%)
I suppose Villain calling narrows his range

These are some of the hands I put my opponent on ( considering his wide button opening range) which contributed towards my fold,
They all seem like hands he would probably call 3 bet with
