2+2 has a built in hand converter but it hasn't been updated in a long time and is quite buggy or broken last I checked. You need to export the hand in 'forum format' from a database like PokerTracker 4, Holdem Manager 3, DriveHUD, Hand2Note, etc. If you do not have a database you can search for a web-based hand history converter such as this one - https://www.cardschat.com/poker/tools/hand-converter/
