Utg 2 (solid) opens to 35, CO (active but haven't seen get ool) 3 bets to 135, we have QQ in the bb?

4b or call?

If we call we are checking all flops. If you say we should 4b, how do I proceed otf if an A or K hits?

Why check flop? You can bet and set the tone,if nothing else otherwise you have no clue how strong you are.
