hey fellas,
I play on Stars. On Poker Tracker 3.
I've been wanting to see my EV graph or Sklansky Buck graph but I have no idea how to go about doing it.
I tried using the software PokerEV but it seemed like PokerEV won't work with PT3 database.
Please help. Appreciate it.

You can't do one with PT3. It's on their list of things to do, they should have it done right around 2025 or so.
PokerEV works with PT2, or HEM does one natively.

Can someone tell me the definition of $ EV column in HEM? What is it calculating the expected value of?

Expected value of your hands.
For example, if you have AA and villain have KK and you both went all in preflop with $100 each.
AA will win approx 80%. So your expected value is (0.8 x pot), regardless of whether you win the hand or not.
