Say there are three players, A (BR = 150), B (BR = 1000)and C (BR = 1000). The stakes are 50/100.

Preflop: A(SB) 100, B(BB) 100, C(D) 100

Flop:

Option for A(SB): Fold, All In (say A went all in)

What will be B's options?
Fold, Call 50, Raise OR Fold, Call 100, Raise

B has not yet acted, so he obviously has all options open to them. He can call 50, fold, or raise. What the minimum raise would be is the question, I believe it would be to 150.
He cannot call 100 since the action is only 50.

There may be some errors in your post .. I will assume you want to know B's options after A goes all in?

Once A goes all in the 'Base Bet' is now 150, so all raises must be added to that value.

1) Player B may call the 150
2) Player B may fold and give up their 100 BB

3) Player B may raise .. and the minimum raise MUST be to 250, not 200.

'Any' raise must be at least the value of the BB plus the Base Bet value. So in this case the BB is 100 and the Base Bet is 150, making the minimum raise 250 (100+150)

Of course Player B may raise over 250 as well .. Hopefully that is really what you were looking for .. GL

Yes .. For Player A

1) Fold
2) Call 50 more
3) Go all-in for 150 total .. GL

A is SB and only has 50 left after pre flop action.
Flop (pot is 300) A to act with 50 chips (0.5 bb).
A can check or bet all in for 50.
If A shoves his last 50 chips, B can fold, call the 50 or raise to at least 150.
There is no option for B to 'call 100' as he is only facing 50 action.
