Re: Donkey Test Suspect?

I tried to engage you in debate on your answer to the KJo UTG hand, but you did not reply in good faith. You did post a screenshot of someone openlimping J9s UTG at some televised event, but neither is J9s == KJo, nor is that proof that even that player was correct. In any case you chose not to enter this discussion.

On the other hand, it appears you may not be willing to enter in to any meaningful discussion at all:

Quote:
If you dont think the test ever ****s up and gives any winning player a bad score then Im wasting my time with you, or anybody else that thinks the same thing for that matter.
My response to this is that if you don't think it's possible that you are in fact a bad player who has up til now been lucky to not lose, and if you aren't willing to entertain the possibility that you haven't played enough to know how good you are based on your results, then I'm wasting my time with you.

This thread has been fun tho.

Re: Donkey Test Suspect?

Oh good friend I have entertained the possibility, "For a split second". I have played poker for years and competitively for almost a year now, so YES I think I have enough game time to know weather or not I am a AT LEAST a decent player.

No hard fellings though..

You might want to look over that picture one more time mate. The value on each of those hands is near exactly the same, so for all intents purposes there pretty much equal. Regardless, I am willing to hear your, or any big shots thoughts on this "Player" on "Cash Poker" playing with tens of thousands of dollars, with the biggest names in the game, stupid mistake.

Im all ears,

They actually aren't. A hot-cold analysis can never give you the complete picture. In fact it can only give you valid results for a contrived & very narrow set of circumstances: when everyone at the table gets all-in preflop.

Here's one example of why J9s and KJo are not the same. Suppose you hold one of those hands and the flop comes J 7 2 rainbow. Do they have the same value now?

It has less value under such a circumstance, unless 2 of the EXACT SAME suits pop up. "Unlikely".

This is the guy who was arguing that AA should be folded preflop when there is too many all-ins? His evidence of course is that you are only 49% to win against 5 people, so how could you be a favorite at less than 50% he says? This guy is for real?

I have heard enough ideas this from coro this week to think this has to be one of the pro's f@#king around. If not, he is so far onto the wrong page that none of you will ever help him.

The donkey test was not created to prove who was the best...but weed out the complete donkeys who are absolutely clueless...looks like it is working.

You keep saying things like "I am done here," but then you always post again.

Actually, this is why I am finding this thread so entertaining.

Re: Donkey Test Suspect?

I would rather just feel bad for you than try to explain why 72 beats 23, and why kj beats j9. I think a few people actually tried to explain it to you...they are probably feeling like they wasted their time cause you told them all to **** off.

Go find a 4th grader and ask to borrow his math textbook. This way you don't have to waste anymore of this precious internet space. There are spam artists who could be using this space for something productive.

Well no it hasen't, but I will tell you what has happened..

1. I come on here asking some simple questions that where interesting to me because they where convoluted, and I did not fully grasp the mentality of the peoples thoughts on why certain things are better than others, when in fact they WHERE WRONG ON A NUMBER OF ****ING OCCASIONS.

2. I posted my answers to that stupid ass donk test and again get flamed, with people saying, oh look up the answers yourself. "Ya.. there really out there dipwads".

3. I got ****ing flamed saying I dont know what the goddamn button is, ect.

4. I posted REAL ****ING EVEDICE THAT THE "PROS" make these same stupid ass plays that you armchair guru's are proclaiming to be stupid, how Im a donk, yada yada yada. Well get off your hindass, and take a look around captain know it all's.

5. When I finally do post evidence of this **** that you morons keep degrading, I again get idiots saying.. well.. yep.. dont have the time to explain to you why your wrong, but you are.. sorry.. Hu hu hu.

6. You can all kiss my ass you little fourm rats.. I hope to see you at a real ****ing casino some day so I can take you for your ****ing shirt you pathetic bastards.

Nice talking to you weasels,

Edit: It looks like there might be some people out there after all that aren't ****ing morons like the rest of you.

well you have heard correctly :-)

Its a very good community. Ive lurked for a long time soaking up as much as i possibly could, and felt intimidated to post when i was new/learning the game. Dont let that stop you from posting if you are, bc most people give genuine responses on these forums.

Just avoid the news, views, gossip and beats, brags and variance forums unless you like a lot of nonsense/flaming, but dont get me wrong, those guys on there are pretty funny if you want to pass some time and have a laugh. Just dont ever post a thread without reading that particular sections FAQ otherwise some people get a lil oversensitive about posting what they consider a "stupid/lazy/newb" question that in their mind could be answered by a little bit of effort on the search forums.

A lot of the stickies at the beginning of sections are gold mines with tons of information/great threads with strategy etc for the different types of poker

Gl and welcome to 2+2

I dont know of anyone that calls in that spot. If so you are the most weak tight person ever.

I said go all in. But I think the right answer is just call. The reason why its right is because you are a moron and have 100% of your bank roll on the table.

Does it take time into account? Because it took me over an hour because I am working too. So if it is like a normal IQ test where your score goes down the longer you take Im sure I could do better.
