How do I do it? How do I become a winning player by collecting and analyzing? Spare yourself, go become a real poker player in the casino instead of trying to cheat, spending hours compiling and analyzing the data and then losing to a couple of bad beats anyways.

****in' cheater.

ok well datamining is considered illegal. I'd say you have a good look at your clients TOS, inb4 lock tho..

imho datamining per say is pretty useless. It definitely helps to get a picture of what you are playing aginst but lately i've come the the conclusion that HUD data is overrated. At least after seeing some hudless players running 8-12bb/100 in the mid/highstakes . Relying only on true observation.

It sounds like you might be missing an important distinction between data mining and tracking your own hands. the term data mining is typically used to describe obtaining information for hands you weren't involved in. That isn't allowed by most sites. If you want to track your own play, then you're looking for Poker Tracker or Hold'em Manager.

1. Yes you can open up tables and observe them but you can't record the hand histories.

2. Data mining is when you track/record hand histories of tables without being present (sitting down) at the table.

3. I don't know what you mean by "manipulate hand statistics?" But if you want to keep track of the hands that you have played at a table(s) you can get Holdem Manager or Poker Tracker 3.

4. I hate baseball so idk lol.
