I am trying to improve my game and open to feedback. Here is a hand I had where opponent flushed on me. Anything I could have done better?

No good reason to check/min raise that flop. I would take a bet/ fold line on the flop. Turn was kinda played right. Just get it in as quickly as possible, don't play around. The rest is a cooler

Definitely this.

QTo should probably be a fold from the small blind pre. Could probably call a smallish raise from the BB or open from a later position. Unless you were setting up a bluff with it, but in that case you'd need to raise pre.

First a comment: Try to post hands in a way that we don't see the result. In addition to the fact that results are irrelevant, posting them taints the responses you'll receive.

As for the hand...

from start to finish, you played too passively.

Preflop: You have 16 BB, which is a stack size that suggest re-shoving all your normal raising hands, and folding the rest. I'm neutral to shoving or folding here. Calling in position wouldn't be terrible if you have a post flop advantage over your opponents, but the rest of your play suggests that's not the case.

Flop: As played, fold to the bet. It's play money, people play any A, there are 2 over cards to you pair of Ts so all of your gutshot outs are not clean.

Turn: as played to this point, shove over the bet.

Cliffs: play more aggressively. You don't win tournaments by waiting to see if you make a hand.

Am I the only one reading this hand correctly.

Against button limp completing SB is fine, could also shove if he does this pretty wide, especially since BB appears to be sitting out.

The rest of the hand is button clicking. Neither player understands how to size their bets.

Agreed. I misread his position in the replayer.
