My bankroll is currently 720 $s and I grind 10NL. On PStars I can easily get Platinum in 10 days, much like I have been doing. I play a bit more LAGy then usual, so my rakeback would be good. I cannot get rakeback on Full Tilt and am a USA player. Combined with rake race, promotions, rakeback, and RAISE loyalty program, couldn't I make a much better earn on my money? I don't feel proud considering UB but the softness of the games and missed rakeback looks so juicy...

Thanks.

try cake or merge, but since you play FR, you wont find many sites that have a ton of tables for it expect stars/ftp

Well Cereus has more traffic than cake and merge, the action on those suck, the average pots for the 10NL tables are all like $1.50 and $2.00 compared to $.4 on Pstars.

I had the same thought this summer. I was sweating/coaching a friend of mine at 50 and 100NL and I was amazed at the sheer number of people playing like 55/6, even at 100NL!! There were 3-4 droolers on EVERY table for 3weeks straight!

For the first time ever I was tempted to play UB and take teh easy moniez but then common sense kicked in.......!

A few months ago I switched over to Cake for the rakeback. I previously played at PS and was not impressed at all with Cake's software (multi tabling was awful) and it usually took about an hour to get a seat on 12 tables.

Platinum star in 10 days at 10NL? How much do you play? I don't even hit platinum at 25NL playing 2k +/- hands 5 days a week.

If you're looking to make more though, I'd look to move up the limits rather than move sites.

I see you on NL10 at stars all the time you seem to be doing pretty well, why don't you move up?

traffic at cereus is directed heavily towards the bbj tables which kills you on rake

Aren't the VPP/hand on PS ridic atm at lower stakes?

ridic as in bad ridic or good ridic?

Platinum star plus the new VPP/hand still cannot compare to a flat rakeback deal on top of a loyalty program + rake race.

sub unless you switched to 6max & putting in insane hours your not getting platnium star in 10days come on now... btw anybody started to get less vpp's per hand?.. i remember getting 60vpp at 10nl every 1k hands now im only getting 80vpp per 1k hands @ 25nl whats up with that...

Playing 25NL 5k hands a day is about Platinum star in ~10-15 days full ring but okay.

And I started to late in the year to go for supernova.

What about Merge? 35% Rakeback, soft players and VIP. What Tier of their VIP program can I get?

Also, I might have to go lock poker because of the MAC software.

My instinct is that UB points are too hard to get at these levels to make it worthwhile, but I could be wrong.

I'd instead try to get a couple of nice signup bonuses somewhere (probably Cake) and go back to Stars at the end of the year to go for SN in 2011.

sub i think you should just stay at stars, in the long term it will be better, games are always there, 25nl is soft during the early afternoon and nitty at night, both fishy but different player types...

p.s... quick math 80vpp x 50= 4k vpp points, so you need 20 days to get platnium playing 5k hands a day

Beyond their reputation which I won't waste time commenting on, I learned that you get NO time bank, and most tables only run at the BBJ tables, which means each pot can be raked an additional 50c.
