chart for blind structures

Does someone have a chart or is there one online, or are there general guidelines, to how you should play your stack vs. the blinds rising in tournaments?
I know the general stuff, like the beginning game should be tight, if you have a big stack you don't have to be in the middle as much, little stack means shove when you can.
Should you play by how many blinds you have left?
Like what if you have 100 blinds, 50 blinds, 30 blinds, 10 blinds
